Tajin Chilli Pasilla are one of the most popular chilies in Mexico, teaming up with ancho and mulato to form the “holy trinity” used for moles. Fairly mild, with an earthy, raisiny flavour and deep purple colour, these peppers are a lovely addition to chili, salsa, and slow-cooked meats.
