This Bocadillo is a Colombian confection made with guava pulp and panela, Colombian cane sugar. At the middle of the layers of guava paste there is a sweet caramel that Colombians called Arequipe. is commonly accompanied by cheese, spread upon bread, or simply eaten on its own. Delicious!!!
