Pollo In Green Sauce

Ingredients

  • 500gr of Thighs fillets or chicken breast
  • 1 Medium brown onion
  • Sal to taste
  • 1 Bunch of Coriander
  • 1 lime
  • 800gr Latin Deli Whole Tomatillo Can
  • Long Grain Rice

Preparation

  • Sauté the chicken with the onion and add salt to taste.
  • Drain the Latin Deli Tomatillo can, crush the tomatillos and add that paste to the chicken.
  • Cover and simmer for 20 minutes at low temperature.
  • Add the juice from one lime and finely chopped coriander.
  • Serve it with white rice.
