  • 400gr Latin Deli Palm of Heart coarsely sliced
  • 2 small shallots, sliced ​​into rings
  • 1 Bunch of chives finely chopped
  • 4 Roma tomatoes coarsely chopped
  • 4 radishes thinly sliced
  • 1 habanero pepper seeded and finely sliced
  • 1 large ripe avocado cut into chunks
  • 3 tablespoons capers drained
  • 1 bunch of coriander about ½ cup finely chopped

For the vinaigrette:
  • 2 small lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons sherry vinegar or red wine vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons of virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste.


  • In a small bowl, whisk together all the ingredients to make the vinaigrette.
  • In a larger bowl, mix all the salad ingredients.
  • Next, pour the vinaigrette over the salad and mix well so as not to damage the pieces.
  • Finish with a pinch of sea salt just before serving. Serve immediately and enjoy!
