Frozen Latin Deli Cassava Basket

Cassava Basket filled with Hogao Salsa and Cheese

  • 1 Box of Latin Deli Cassava basket
  • Salt

Hogao Sauce
  • 1 cup of spring onion finely chopped
  • 1 cup of chopped tomato
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 5 tablespoons of butter
  • ½ cup of grated Latin Deli Arepa Cheese


  • Preheat the oven on 180 C.
  • In a frying pan, bring the butter, onion and garlic to the heat.
  • When the onion is slightly translucent, add the chopped tomato, continue cooking, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • In the oven place the baskets for 10 min until crispy.
  • Take them out, put the on a plate and cover with a little hogao salsa and the grated cheese.
  • Serve immediately.
