Cassava Basket filled with Hogao Salsa and Cheese

Ingredients
- 1 Box of Latin Deli Cassava basket
- Salt
Hogao Sauce
- 1 cup of spring onion finely chopped
- 1 cup of chopped tomato
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 5 tablespoons of butter
- ½ cup of grated Latin Deli Arepa Cheese
Preparation
- Preheat the oven on 180 C.
- In a frying pan, bring the butter, onion and garlic to the heat.
- When the onion is slightly translucent, add the chopped tomato, continue cooking, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- In the oven place the baskets for 10 min until crispy.
- Take them out, put the on a plate and cover with a little hogao salsa and the grated cheese.
- Serve immediately.
