Enfrijoladas whit Goya Black Beans

  • 1 1/2 tsp Salt with onion powder
  • 1 piece chipotle chilli
  • 1 can Goya Black Beans
  • 1 1/2 cup water
  • 12 Pieces Corn tortillas
  • 3 Tbsp Corn oil
  • 1 Piece Cooked and shredded chicken breast
  • 200 grams grated Panela cheese
  • 1 Chilled cream


  • For the sauce, blend the salt with the onion powder, chipotle chili, beans and water. Heat over medium heat for 5 minutes or until slightly thickened, stirring constantly to prevent sticking.
  • Fry the tortillas in the hot oil and fill with the shredded chicken. Drizzle with bean sauce and sprinkle with grated cheese; offer.
